Warranty

Sinclair AV includes a one year comprehensive Warranty with all of the systems we install.

Post Warranty Maintenance Contracts

Sinclair AV offers comprehensive ongoing (after initial warranty) Service Agreements for existing systems as well as for those we install.  Each Service Agreement is customized to meet our clients’ unique needs so you can be assured you are getting the right maintenance plan for your system.  Keeping new or aging systems operational and in the best possible working order is a specialty of ours. We offer all levels of service contracts that will suit your needs, whether your venue is a boardroom, a house of worship, or a concert hall.

Technical System Support

Our technicians can troubleshoot your entire system and provide you with a detailed system report.  We can quickly discover what the problems are and in many cases provide imediate remidation. When that's not possible, we will advise as to the most cost effective path forward.  If you have an outdated system, or your needs have changed and the system needs to be replaced, we can keep your current system going while you prepare for upgrade or replacement.  

Existing Systems Tuning & EQ

While system tuning is always best performed during initial system integration, we are often brought in by clients at a later stage in the sequence, to “tune” a system and maximize its performance.  Problems that occur with audio and AV systems are not always so clear-cut. Sometimes the root cause of a technical error can be a combination of environmental and human factors - that will often times reveal itself intermittently, usually at the most inopportune time. If your audio systems are not working at their peak potential, Sinclair AV can help.
